I'M RACHAELÂ
Thanks for stopping by. If you’ve made it this far on my website, there’s a good chance we share a love of growth, connection, and those “aha” moments that change everything.
For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of men and women navigate the messy middle of life - whether that’s relationship and dating challenges, moving from anxious to secure attachment, or finding their way through big transitions and seasons of stuckness.
I'm not a therapist. However, I began my career under the mentorship of a psychiatrist - which gave me a deep appreciation for the human mind and allowed me to work comfortably with people in a capacity far more extensive than my life coaching certification ever would have supported.
Since then I've trained to become a Hypnotherapist, RRT® Practioner, Integrative Somatic Parts Therapy Coach and Relationship Coach - plus many other certifications.Â
Both my personal experiences and professional training have taught me that, in one way or another, all change, transformation, and breakthrough begins with your relationship with yourself.

MY STORY
I had my daughter, Jaden, when I was sixteen. I finished high school, won impressive academic awards and did everything I could to keep it all together - but underneath it all, I believed I was truly defective. Like I was missing some sort of maternal gene that all other mothers seemed to have.
For years, I was obsessed with trying to fix myself. I read everything I could about psychology and neuroscience, determined to figure out how to change my brain, be perfect (lol) and become a “normal” teenager, a “normal” mother, and a “normal” human being.
Around twenty-five, I did my first yoga teacher training, which opened up a whole new world for me. I started to realize how unkind and disconnected I'd been from myself for so long. That’s when I became a student of self-love - I began to accept myself, my story, and all the painful emotions I'd surpressed for so long. I learned to sit with what’s uncomfortable, understand it, and learn from it.
Finally, I'd realized the goal was never to fix myself!Â
It was to forgive myself.
I started learning more about the mind-body connection - how emotions live in the body, how living in survival mode keeps you trapped in your head, and how presence isn’t something you think about, it’s something you feel. It was truly life changing for me to realize I'd never actually been present.Â
MY PHILOSOPHY
Â
My work is rooted in the belief that real transformation happens when you learn to work with yourself, not against yourself. It’s not about becoming someone new - it’s about remembering who you already are beneath the fear, doubt, and self-protection that life has layered on.
I blend Eastern philosophy with Western science - bringing together mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the subconscious reprogramming techniques that actually help you change how you think, feel, and respond. It’s where presence meets psychology, where nervous system regulation meets mindset, and where self-compassion meets accountability.
My approach is both practical and deeply personal. I draw from modalities like hypnotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT), somatic parts work, and mindfulness-based coaching. Each session, retreat, or course is designed to help you reconnect to your inner wisdom, shift limiting beliefs, and create a sense of safety and self-trust from within.
The teachers and thinkers who have most influenced my work include Dr. Joe Dispenza (the first Dr. Joe workshop I attended was in 2012!), Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Candace Pert, Louise Hay, Esther Perel, and Drs. John and Julie Gottman. Their work on neuroplasticity, mind–body medicine, attachment and intimacy, and practical self‑healing continues to shape how I teach and guide my clients.
