The Experience
8 Days/7 Nights
We’ll practice yoga and meditation daily (all levels welcome) to strengthen the body and quiet our mind; connecting with a deeper sense of self and gaining insight, clarity & discernment. We’ll eat delicious meals together while sharing love and laughter, we’ll lounge by the pool or head to the beach and we’ll have as much time to ourselves as needed! This is a week all for you!

Wake up to the sounds of the jungle, take in the vibrant surroundings from the moment you open your eyes till the moment they peacefully close. Relax by the pool, hit the state-of-the-art gym, do a yoga/spinning class or lounge in the cozy canopied juice bar. You won’t want to leave!

Optional Activities
The Bodhi Tree is located in the quaint town of Nosara where shops, restaurants and cafes await your exploration. The Bodhi Bus is available all day long to take you into town and back; or you can opt for a 10min walk! Other options during your week include surfing, sound healing, Spanish lessons, zip lining, horseback riding, waterfall hike, stand-up paddle boarding or, book one of many different spa-services at the on-site spa!
