I didn’t just want to change; I believed I had to. I became obsessed with understanding the mind, desperately searching for a way to fix myself. But in that search, I found something so much bigger. I learned how to forgive myself. How to stop fighting myself. How to love myself.
That obsession led me to study neuroscience, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. And in learning how to rewire my own thoughts, I didn’t just change—I healed.
